Well, hello Dali. It’s nice to meet a whimsical show about art. This playful bit of theatre offers a poignant and provocative re-discovery of the world’s greatest masterpieces. It is a songwriter’s response to great paintings of the European and American masters, including Picasso, Van Gogh, Gauguin, Pollack and Dali. Along with pithy and amusing songs are classics by Bob Dylan, Paul Simon and Leonard Cohen. This folk music revue was conceived and is performed by Jamie O’Reilly and Michael Smith.
